1. Warranty Policy

Our goal is to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied.

14-Day Return Guarantee: Our standard return policy applies for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange items.

1-Year Warranty: When claiming warranty, we will first assess the complaint. If it is indeed a situation covered by the warranty, we will determine how we can assist you. We may choose to repair or replace your product. This means you might not always receive a new product.

Warranty Conditions:

We believe it is important for you to have a great experience with our products and we are committed to ensuring this. In rare cases, there might be an issue with the product. If this happens, we will do everything possible to resolve it for you. We guarantee that our products meet our agreement. You should expect our products to meet the specified standards, reasonable expectations for normal use, and applicable legal and governmental regulations at the time of ordering. Therefore, we offer a warranty on (parts of) our products.

The warranty will be voided in the following cases:

  • You have repaired or modified the delivered products yourself or have had them repaired or modified by third parties.
  • You have not used the products normally, such as exposing them to abnormal conditions or treating them carelessly. This includes situations where the products do not follow BlendBuddy's instructions or the instructions on the packaging.
  • The defect is wholly or partly due to government regulations regarding the nature or quality of the materials used.
  • The defect results from dents, cracks, or holes caused by your own actions.

The warranty for all BlendBuddy products is 1 (one) year.

Covered by Warranty:

  • Visible defects in materials or construction that prevent normal use.
  • Dents, cracks, or holes that occurred during shipping. Please report these immediately upon arrival.

Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Products purchased outside of our official sales channels.
  • Preferences outside the 30-day trial period.
  • Mold formation due to negligent use.
  • Missing one or more originally included parts.

The warranty period mentioned in this article begins from the moment you (or someone on your behalf) receive the products. To claim a warranty, you must notify us in writing within the indicated warranty period for that product or part. Send a photo and/or video and a description of the issue to Info@BlendBuddy.Com and also review our general terms and conditions for more information on our warranty policy.

2. Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that all our customers are 100% satisfied. You may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. Note: Food items will NOT be refunded if they are opened.

To initiate your return, please email us at Info@BlendBuddy.Com with your reason and order number.

Our standard return policy applies for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery, we typically cannot offer a refund. If you claim a warranty, we will first assess the complaint. If the warranty applies, we will determine how to assist you, which may include repairing or replacing your product. This process generally takes about 2 weeks.

Refunds (If Applicable):

We expect the product to be in its original, unused condition. Packaging may be opened and products may be examined without adding food or other substances. We will still accept and refund a return even if the box is damaged due to shipping. However, if the product has been used in any way, we cannot approve the return or refund. If you wish to return a product, it is mandatory to notify us in advance by email. You will receive a PDF of your order that you can print and include with the return. A printed screenshot of your order or physical proof of email confirmation is also acceptable. If you send a product back without contacting us or including proof, we cannot verify the return and it will not be accepted, nor will we return the product. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping:

To return your product, email us at Info@BlendBuddy.Com with your order number. We will send you a PDF of our return form that you can print and include with your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are only refunded if the product was ordered without a discount code or other discounts.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
